
Some opel-scannerCAN users have come across an error message after updating their opel-scanner software which means they can't use their opel-scannerCAN interface.
If any customers are getting this message then please contact us by raising a help desk ticket from our support pages, along with your interface ID (see white sticker on the opel-scannerCAN interface), and a work around shall be provided.

Update: latest stable version is v2.0.1.33. If customers are upgrading from an older version, for example from v2.0.1.27 which is supplied at purchase, then you may get the error message. As stated above, please contact us by raising a support ticket.
Update: affected customers can download a new v2.0.1.33 installer from the support pages here. Note: the archive folder is password protected, customers should raise a help desk ticket to request the password.
