  • We DON'T keep/store your financial details.
  • All products come with free UK shipping.
  • All products come with 1 year warranty.
  • We have a "no quibble" 14-working day refund guarantee. Even if you just don't want it you can return it (but you pay shipping unless it was faulty or damaged on receipt).

and now the small print.....

Distance Selling Regulations
Vauxhall Trader is fully compliant to the UK "on-line" Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These are your rights as a consumer.

Cancellation & refunds
  1. You have the right to cancel an order, any time from the moment you place it, up to 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods – even if the goods are not faulty.
  2. You can claim a full refund if the goods that you ordered are not delivered or provided within 30 days.
  3. If you cancel your order, and you are already in receipt of the goods, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return of the goods to us. We recommend that you have a postal tracking service and that you insure the returned goods for the same amount that you paid for it. We highly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. We are not responsible for lost goods in the post. And if it does get lost - we can't refund you.
  4. We will refund the money you paid for the products (once we have inspected the goods) and :-
    a) include the postage cost if the goods were faulty or damaged.
    b) not include the postage cost if the goods were NOT faulty (ie you have returned the goods because you didn't want them).
within 30 days of notice from the day you cancelled your order.
  5. All returned goods must be:-
    - undamaged
    - untampered
    - all seals (if any) intact
and expected to be in a re-saleable condition.
  6. In any case, you must inform Vauxhall Trader immediately either by raising a help ticket (see Support Pages) or in writing stating the problem. Failure to comply could jeopardize any refund, replacement or repair.
  7. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

When you can't return items

  1. If you have accidently damaged the product, even under warranty.
Warranty
  1. All products come with 1 years manufacture warranty against faulty workmanship. Vauxhall Trader shall either repair or replace the product free of charge within this period so long as the conditions specified herein have been adhered to.
  2. Warranty does not cover "wear and tear" – goods cannot be expected to work fault free forever. They can break down or become worn through normal use. This is called fair wear and tear, and a customer cannot hold the retailer responsible for it.

General Terms & Conditions
  1. Ultimately it is your responsibility to identify the correct equipment for use (if in doubt please enquire prior to purchase). If an incorrect product is ordered Vauxhall Trader cannot be held responsible and the order must be cancelled in line with our terms and conditions herein.
  2. Vauxhall Trader strives to ensure that all goods supplied are of the highest quality and ‘fit for purpose’.  In purchasing the product the buyer agrees to indemnify Vauxhall Trader for any damage or loss incurred (direct or otherwise) to any computer or vehicle whilst using products supplied by us.
